Margaret Smith

Margaret Smith, 63, of Ripley, TN, Transitioned on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. She was born on January 10, 1960, to Carey and Frankie Smith. 

Margaret attended The University of Tennessee at Martin, and worked as a Unit Manager for The Women's Therapeutic Residential Center, where she served TDOC for more than 30 years. In her spare time, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Margaret is survived by her 7 siblings: Carolyn Smith, Lillie (Larry) Brooks, Kate Smith, Terry (Gertie) Smith, Harry (Malinda) Smith, Diane (Albert) Taylor, John (Debora) Smith and her brother/nephew Dwayne (Kathy) Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carey & Frankie Smith, her sister Virginia Lee Ellis, and three of her brothers, James (Q) Smith, William Carey (WC) Smith, and Walter Smith.
